ive just got myself a sony vaio with windows 7 and when ive got me headohines in it aint very loud, i messed about with the settings and for one youtube clip its very loud (was the clip i listened to when messing on), but every other song is quiet, i have a green bar that goes up and down on the volume showing how loud it is getting, on the clip im using it goes right to the top, but on all others it only goes halfway, why is this, shouldnt it just do it for all songs

not sure on that 100% mate, although some you tube clips differ in clarity and volume i notice depending on how they've been upped, but if it's sorted now i'd say keep testing see if it happens again

Chris

That's my one, took ages for me to find it as there are so many good damn spec variations.

But basically, my specs are

core 2 duo processor @ 2gig

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 With HDMI output

Blueray / DVD rom drive

15inch display

4gig ddr2 ram

250gig harddrive.

Good for playing games (completed Modern warfare 2 on it lol)

and damn good for films when linked up to the plasma

sound is good as well, thanks to a handy built in small subwoofer on the underside of it. and after taking it apart to clean it, very upgradable with the right parts.

I paid £799 for mine last year, looks like i should of waited lol but excellent bit of kit.

*EDIT* case designed by BMW engineers too.
