my car doesnt have them and probably due to lazyness in its past.

 

would i be better off leaving ot of getting them replaced? at the moment i can see the engine gets dirtier quicker and i presume cab noise would be louder but am i running major risks not having them on?

 

obviously i am more careful around puddles and in the rain but i can still see it being an issue is i accidently hit a big puddle

 

but on the plus side would cooling be better?

I'd fit them. They stop water getting into the engine bay and ultimatetly sucked into the engine. Plus they reduce drag....AND look better with the liners than without.

They def keep the engine cleaner, and the wheel arch trims help stop the rust from stone chips

i should hopefully have news of replacement liners and undertray later on today, i think i just got to look for drivers side liner now.

 

thanks for the comments and hopefully they are not too hard to fit (i remember liners on my old zed being fiddly)
