spent hours searching now, looking for a comprehensive conversion thread seems that ill be the first to do one....ffs

iv just spent a a grand on the bodywork 600 on suspension and 400 on welding and making the shell solid as fook............ not buying a TT not now i have a solid rust free shell!

Aside from the work you have already done.......

 

.......unless you have a convertible (which was never available in TT format) then I'd not bother paying to convert an NA; I'd just sell it and buy a TT.

 

But, like I said, that's not taking into account the work you have done on your car to date.

and the fact the engine is knocking like a fat kid on the door of a cake shop :D if i sold it id get about 46p! lol! no one would buy it with a shagged NA engine for what iv spent on it in the past 2 months :(
