.....is it me or are they no help whatsoever....???

I posted a help thread on the Mercedes owners club forum 5 days ago and not one person can, it seems be bothered to help!!

Sure, I appreciate that no-one may know the answer. But on here one can always guarantee a simple and courteous response within an hour or so - whether or not they have the right answer.

Makes me appreciate just how good this club is.

I used to be on a well known vectra b forum and they were good at answering questions. The vectra c sites are pants and haven't answered any of my questions! This site is by far the best I've been on

Most of the other site`s are tooo big and too many people, We are like a little close family imo ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

a mate of mine has a Clio Sport and he says the forum he goes on is full of chavs who take the pi$$ out of you if you post up asking for help. :xxx:

explains why they think they know it all and yet talk total *****cks

To be honest, it's not just the Car forums. There's a lot of forums that suffer from this.

Try asking for anything on http://www.neo-geo.com.

I'm ashamed to be on there sometimes. The new members often get ignored, or they get a tirade of abuse if they ask a question that was once answered 4 years ago. A lot of forums (including neo-geo.com) seem to have a bit of an eliteist attitude.

Of the forums i registered to, this is definitely the friendliest one.

I can definately agree with this forum being the best I have been on, and hense the reason I have paid up for my 2nd years subscription :)

Other forums are bitchy and un-helpful - this forum even helps people with non-z related issues which other forums would be highly un-helpful/tolerant of.

Well bloody ask me then LOL!!! :tt2:

This forum is easily the best.

The people are friendly, it's very personable and the quality of information is outstanding.

It really is like being part of a family.

Long may it prosper!

[Paul C - I'll be posting a few Merc questions shortly!!!] :-)
