So the hunt for my 300zx continues and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good Japanese car dealerships in the Uk that might sell an imported 300zx?

My advice would be that you're better off buying through the forum if you're looking for a decent import. There are some decent ones out there, but a lot of shoddy dealerships. Avoid Keighley trader centre like the plague. Do not under any circumstance buy ANYTHING from them.

 

This looks pretty decent. But view any car from any dealer with very open eyes.

Thanks 4 the advice mate. Happened to look at Keighley Trader centre and they have, what apperas, to have a nice 300zx, black tt, but if you strongly suggest 2 avoid it, I will, but could you just have a look at the advert and tell me what you think.

Actually scrap that mate, dont even bother, my mate just told me about them 2, there no good.

If you want a good unmolestered Z with no nasty body mods, then this is a good car.

As for that. Did you actually look at it? Probably the most disgusting bodykit ever to grace the Z32! LOL They don't need bodykits anyway, let alone stuff like that! LOL :)

Lol, yeh the veilside body kit is not the best looking, the front bumper is sickly. Totally agree, I like the zx in natural form. Had a look at the car, its very nice, do u know if its a swb? If it is, im very interested and will contact him.

It's an LWB. If you look for the filler cap, it's a hint as to what it is. LWB (2+2) the filler cap is behind the rear nearside wheel, on SWB (2+0) it's infront of it.

Also WRC sales have good cars in time to time. Thats where i got mine from with no issues :)

Avoid WRC sales. I`ve paid for my zed £8000, drove it 200miles and the engine failed... They did not care and told me that I have signed a disclamer! I had to pay another £7600 to bring the car back on the road. Oh and they were advertising the engine as having HKS piston and conrods...but when I`ve taken the engine apart it was all standard....:cursing::xxx:

you'll hear lots of stories about keighley - just google it!

 

I nearly bought an R32 GTR from there, awesome bit of kit, but they fobbed me off about an oil leak saying they spilt it, amongst other shitty things. Every car there seems to have faults or bits missing. Nice trip if you want to go drive some fast cars though lol.
