Cam Belt Change frequency

As the title says! i think it is every 60K, am i right.

Also do you change any other belts at the same time. I've got a receipt from the previous owner showing 'Belts (3 off)' could this be cam or something else?

Thanks

Its either ever 60k or 5 years I think. How much was the receipt for? And what garage was it? Any chance you could call them and ask what work they did to the car?

"3 off" tends to suggest the Aux belts tbh mate. it would normally say Cam belt if done.

Cheers

Just found some other paperwork for the job and it was for '3 off axillary drive belts' Dated 1996 at 65K so prob not the Cam belt. Maybe it was done in Japan before it came over. Its currently at 96K prob would have gone by now or i have the world record of cam belt life.

You know what, because i'm mentioning this, its going to shred tomorrow on the way to work...

I;m emailing the prev owner to ask him if he did it.

Regards
