I have just taken the car for its first MOT. Apart from lots of damage to exhaust and chassis due to bottoming out all was fine except the two small metal brake pipes on the rear which join the flexible pipe to the caliper on both sides which apparently are badly corroded. I have just given Nissan a ring and have been told that these pipes are not available as a part and are usually made up to order. I asked them if they could make me up a pair and was told that I would need to bring the car in…etc…etc….big money.

I know a lot of you have done brake upgrades and I am hoping that someone still has these pipes to sell. Or is any one in a position to make me up a pair.

I have 14 days to get this sorted so any help would be very welcome.

I've got the ones from the front, which if I remember rightly are roughly the same size. They can be bent slightly anyway. If you need them, send me a mail and I'll put them in the post tomorrow.
