what to do?

well my zed is dead, over heated again and now there water coming out of the exhaust big time + gear box crunch in 3rd and 4th and cluch on it way out. so looking through ebay the other nite and came across this k reg z and though it was a good idea to buy it. so my proplem now is do i swap the engine and gear box over to my over one or repair this new one?
