A lad has a 300z but he says it does not rev, is this common could it be a maf sensor?

Although MAF related issues can be common, it's hard to diagnose without more details does the car idle ok? will it rev when going thorough the gears or does it feel sluggish etc

would like to know why it wont rev, just asked him if it idles lol.

if it starts i cant see it being a big fault to sort maybe the throttle cable is disconnected lol

sounds like a maf problem to me. will start and idle ok but want to die when you rev it and wont rev past 3k

Me too, when i bought my first zed this was the problem, £85 later and a 2nd hand MAF she was a beauty!!!

might be the maf plug is not connected if someone has been looking at the air filters lately
