I'd have to agree.......

 

.....I mean firstly look at the price it's up for!

 

Then the standard M5 is no slouch - unrestricting the car will make it good for over 200mph anyway; so why pay £150k to make it hit 220 when you will never use it? Sure we have 155mph+ cars but even on the autobahn or track we'd rarely actually do that speed for a sustained period.

 

And 200+ is way way different to 160..........:wink:

They are AC Schnitzer split rims. Never seen Wolfrace wheels look like that before. Wolfrace are shit, they are not.

 

Car looks a bit garish though. Certainly would never spend that money on a saloon car.

as far as ac schintzer wheels are concerned they are apperently shite, bottom of the market, not sure why as they look ok to me??

 

the car is a bit bling for a BMW, but if money is no object then why not have a 4 door grandad car that can piss all over most cars it comes across on the street lol

 

also if most m5's are capable of doing 200 mph then why do you never see them posted all over the forums proving that they can do so, 200mph is a hooge achievment and is not to be taken lightly in my book

that M5 stock will do 205mph if bmw deristrict it so 150k for 15mph is a joke and it looks shite

It sure is Allan - remember that 5th gear project where Tiff and co tried to build a 200mph car on a (albeit £20/30k) budget? They used a Lotus Esprit V8 turbo and Tiff still couldn't get it to 200!

 

I did think that the new M5 could hit over 200 if unrestricted; IIRC Jezza said so on Top Gear so it must be true.......

 

......but I reckon not many people would have the balls to try it though. Especially BMW drivers.......:tt2::D;)
