Arm Rest Removal

Hi guys, I have been removing the interior panels for re-trimming and am having serious trouble getting the centre unit which holds the arm rest and hand break gater out.

I've done the screws on each side of the gear stick, and through reading some posts on here found the two screws hidden under the felt in the arm rest box, I have also removed the 'T' shaped piece of trim which sits between the seats ( SWB car ), but I still cant get it to lift out.

Now, under the arm rest there is what appears to be a factory fit controller for a CD multi-changer, is this likely to be the problem and if so any ideas on how to get it out.

Cheers in advance

Martin.

Thanks Guys, I think Legrath may have hit it on the head with the 3 screws not 2, though from the diagram it looks like the cd controler may be where the third screw is.

I'll try and get into it tomorrow and let you know how I got on.

cheers again
