Took the plunge and went for a set of Kosei 18" 3-piece Split rims from Japan.

 

Wont be to everyone's taste but they ticked some important points for me - Low Weight (7.7kg), Manufacturing Quality and a big fat lip :)

 

F 18 x 8.5J offset +29mm

R 18 x 9.5J offset +37mm

 

Will tinker with the offset for an aggressive stance.

 

Got a bit of a wait though....Going to take 4-6 weeks to arrive by Ship from Japan :glare:

After 7 weeks of floating at sea they have finally arrived :eek:

 

They weren't quite advertised correctly, turns out they are Weds Farmas FD-V11 and they are not as light as advertised but still fairly light, doesn't matter, I'm happy.

 

Need to wrap them in rubber now.

On the links thing, below that video, I came across this. Words fail me. That is one of theeeeee most disgusting Z32s I've seen in a while.

 

 

i do like the interior of that car. the cream theme is done well. just one thing bugs me about that video, near the end the guy gets into the car with the camera, and shows the dash cluster. its showing a N/A clock set. yet on the dash he has 3 pods?

 

He also has Recaro as a sticker on the side, yet hes got bog standard seats in it. did Recaro do the seats for the 300zx?

 

On to the wheels, i looked at some from that guy on EBay, on the website he states that he will ship them to your chosen port and you have to arrange delivery from there. did you have to do this is was it direct to your door?

Thats the shipping container method, I just went with the normal method and it was delivered to my door by Royal Mail.
