what specific error message do you get Bri? Does it say server is not responding? Perhaps your provider has changed their server address. Orange changed their SMTP server a couple of years ago.

Hey... I got a letter the other day (from Virgin) saying something about changes to the system to make things better....

hasn't affected my account or my emails (and I also use Outlook and virgin).

Maybe you need to contact Virgin. (try logging into their email direct via the web...http://www.virginmedia.com/customers/emailgateway.php)

Cheers.

i get about 20 work related emails a day so a couple of days off and it can start stacking up:crying:
