Just need some gauges to go in it now

theres some nice ones on ebay at the mo - look for 'elegant gauge' ..... if you look through some of the descriptions on some of the hong kong gauges they do an 'opening ceremony' - very cool. Bit like the Defi's.

Water temp - single most important aftermarket gauge !!

Boost pressure - Essential for cars with increased boost (unless you have a EBC with built in display), otherwise go Oil pressure.

If you want cheap, then Autogauge are good value for money. Autometer is pretty decent middle of the road stuff, Otherwise Defi, Blitz, Greddy for $$

Already got factory oil pressure and coolant gauges in the dash so no point in havin after market....... Imo? I've always thought oil temp is important especially on turbos

Neither are particularly reliable - put in aftermarket gauges and you'll be AMAZED at how crap/ slow to react the stock ones are... ask anyone on here who's overheated, lost oil or otherwise damaged their engine!!

That are useless ! The water temp gauge in particular is non linear. It will stay in the middle settings from around 65-105 degrees !

If you have an overheating problem, you wont know till its too late. This biggest cause of engine failures is from owners not realising there is a overheating problem, and subsquently blowing the head gasket.

I just searched on those 'elegant' gauges, seem like a bargain, probably a stupid question, but i'm guessing the oil temp/pressure gauges don't come with senders? what's the damage for an oil temp and an oil pressure sender? (just a ball park figure).... cheers...
