just to let people know beware of buying of this ebayer, my girlfriend won me some tein suspension £693 and have been given the runaround since dec 3 paid him instant, hardly any replies to email, no tracking order/ said in his last mail the courier had them and was back logged, just before xmas emailed since no reply,emailed again several times, now put claim in what a rip off,,,

he is listed as nissanzx1965 ......................... based in elgin moray, so beware don't buy off him as he has ripped me off!!!:angry:

I think you have to take into consideration the xmas post and the recent weather, i have had no post for the last 5 days and still waiting for stuff i got the beginning of Dec from ebay, i would give it till the end of the week to see if you get a reply or your goods.

Frustrating i know, but he could also be on holiday and hasnt seen any mails yet.

Not the best way to do business, but there must be a reason, i know of people who have had good dealings with the seller in the past, so i wouldnt worry too much just yet.

 

Easy for me to say as im not out of pocket by that much money, but i would say be a bit more patient and it will be resolved.

Quite right there Graham; also the bad weather has not helped either. Whilst it may not actually have held up post/deliveries, you can bet that the PO and various couriers will use it as an excuse if they have not performed!

 

Also this is really a private matter between Syko and the E-bay seller; in which 300zx.co.uk will not get involved.

 

I hope this is simply the case, Syko, and that you get the matter resolved ASAP. For the present though, I have removed the seller's real name & e-mail address as I do not think it's appropriate to post it on a public internet forum right now.

I totally agree vijay, i have had a few purchases in the past where they took alot longer than advertised and had no replies to mails, but it eventually turned up.

Most ebayers like to make money from postage, and use 2nd class or snail mail instead of next day or first class, which when combined with xmas, snow takes even longer, however there should be no reason not to communicate, it would save a lot of stress lol

I`ve bought an engine once, but first I`ve called them to see if i can pick it up myself coz they were realy close to the place I live. They said no but the delivery will take three days. It took 6 week for my engine to arrive and guess what? My engine came str8 from Japan....

But they always replyed to my e-mails....

Do a chargeback from paypal and a neg feedback ASAP, if you fall outside of the resolution preiod you are fecked. In my opinion you have probably been had! Just get your money back if you can before it is too late.

 

If they turn up re pay the guy, what is his feedback like?

can't even give neg feedback due to feedback dissapeared but have put dispute and claim via paypall, just pissed off i want the goods i've paid for,according to ebay i have a legal contract, and no replies from him ....

still no reply chasing paypal now!!!
