just pulled out of our yard in my lorry and some woman has come along on the wrong side of the road and ploughed straight into the front of our artic that was parked outside!!!!

 

she didnt even slow down!! she was in a picasso and buried it up to the windscreenin the front of the daf :huh: she hit it so hard it smashed the side windows of her car.

 

Her car is an absolute right-off and the artic will probably cost about 4 grand to fix!

 

she was taken to hospital but seemed to be ok(unstable perhaps) but ok..

 

lorry was meant to be going out at 5am to oxford lol dont think it will be now:laugh:

 

what goes on in these peoples heads??

There has been alot of suicides lately, there has been 2 around here. the other night, a women who does not live far from me, walked down to the A1 and threw herself in front of a truck. the poor trucker will probably need years of councilling and will never drive again.

My workplace is DAF agents and if the intercooler is away, its more than 4k mate !

 

Nobody killed, so not too bad. Still unfortunate tho.
