This is what the standard guide looks like - these came in after 1993 I believe.

Thats perfect, if you can get hold of some of these they will be perfect, infact maybe i can pick up a set of used ones? But you must have the lower arm with the threaded hole to fit them.... only one of mine has lol as ive replaced one or the other a few times lol

ok il try get some measurements but i cant promise anything not with all the snow we are having at the mo :(.

No worries jim, whenever you can the dimensions, i will make 'em. Either post on here or pm me, and if all goes well and they work, i will make many more for the people on this forum.

You can still buy the originals I assume - if anyone is interested these are the part numbers & description:

Air Guide: 41183-37P01 41182-37P01

Is that the whole kit? Is it just like an air guide to direct airlow to the brake unit, not being directly guided from the front?

I think they are made of bendy plastic for a reason ;-)) As they appear to sit slightly below the bumper line on a standard (to catch extra air I assume) zed (If your lying on the floor at the front of the car looking towards the back of your car they slightly protrude - so are a new low point) so they are going to get hit at some point and if they are not bendy and fixed rigid - then any damage could transfer into your front tension rods right - not good. If your going to make them out of metal at least make them so that if they strike something they maybe twist around on the tension rod shaft, rather than strain it in any way.
