Horn goes off on it's own?!?!?!?!?

I've had this problem for years but just haven't done anything about it. I only put the fuse in for the MOT and take it out afterwards as it randomly goes off (in the middle of the night usually:censored:).

 

Is there somewhere in particular I should be looking for the fault? I've done the push button end already (still went off?!?!?!), could it be the relay in the drivers footwell?
