Well after 14 months of being sorn'd & finally getting mt a$$ in gear my panels have turned up.

 

2 new outer sill panels from Nissan (said a couple of weeks to turn up - was here in a few days! LOL!)

 

2 new rear sill repair panels & a new wheel arch repair panel from ebay.

 

Just need to get cutting & stripping now!! :thumbup1:

ANy pics paul, the rear sill, does it come with the arch edge too.

I'm gona beat you, mines been off the road and SORN'd since April 2008, and wont be back on the road untill at least April 2010 :D And I've got the same work to do as you are having ;)

Will take some pics & post up - the repair panel finishes just above the swage line & joins where the sill panel is welded to the rear 1/4 panel.

 

Cant find a link at the moment - I bought 1 side a year ago & contacted the seller who makes them directly this time.

 

The arch edge is a seperate part. He charges £45 per panel. Not bad as the outer sill was about £168+vat from nissan!! :bored:

Good luck with it dave - I have been toying with the idea of selling as is or breaking it & everyone at work where it has been parked keeps asking what I was gonna do with it!!

 

I guess I knew I really didnt want to part with my zed! So hopefully with the help of my mate from a bodyshop it will be better than ever!

 

I spent around £15k when I was using it so whats another few £££ now?! :thumbup:

 

TBH I really dont know what I would get to replace it without spending a fortune!!

Pity you didnt search the For sale section first before buying from Nissan, I have a brand new LHS sill that no one seems to want for about half the Nissan price:glare:

Its away getting a new coat of paint then when it comes back its having a gearbox that is meant to take 600bhp as easy as well we will see LOL but I wont hold my breath.
