Hi i read a lot of threads on hicas and the general opinion seems to be that its better to be without it!!

Can i ask why,? is it rubbish, does it break easily, etc

someone will know.

Ahaa thanks I'm gonna try using the socket and nut method if that works for me, don't really want to use a hammer incase I break something LOL.

Remember to use a socket big enough to draw the ball joint into it. It'll need to sit on hub and not on the joint itself.

I love HICAS ..

It works fantastic if all the bushes and joints are in good working order.

I can remember a few time driving the z's years ago when if it was not for Hicas working that i would of been in real trouble.

You could at 130mph plus. whip the steering wheel and the Z would just glide across the lanes of a motorway like nothing else you could drive!

Just fix it and its brill !
