guys i read on another post this can clean up you p.c. and help speed it up, ive downloaded it but how do i know what is safe to delete and what isnt other than internet cookies and temporary files, how do you use this program effectively without losing anything important.

also what is adobe and what is its use?

adobe is used for opening up files to read and also stream video clips etc i believe so i wouldnt delete that.

I have used this program at least twice a day for years with no problems.....it makes you aware of how much crap gets into your pc while you are on the net:nono:

i have used it and its never got rid of anything it shouldn't

also how do i copy and paste what i see in ccleaner as everything i typed above had to be written down manually.

probably best not to mess with the start up section on ccleaner unless u know what yor looking at so to speak, keep to the CLEANER & REGISTRY part thats the bit that will clean the crap off & solve some issues.

another thing you can do that i recomend is using Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser (download it for free) instead of windows internet explorer, this is much faster & safer & cleaner browser it allows & prompts u to remove temp files etc straight away! since using this my ccleaner has had far less crap to clean up!
