Hi Guys, Does anyone know how to test a speedo sensor?

My speedo takes its time to start working correctly ever since i changed the dust cluster to a UK one.

 

Really starting to p*** me off now.

 

I changed the battery as it seemed power related.

I've had it out to look at the soldering.

 

I can't work it out.

 

Someone must have had this issue and fixed it!!!!!!

Surely if its only started going funny since the cluster change then it would suggest the cluster is at fault.

Could you not possibly pop your old one back in, if it all works fine then conclude the UK cluster you have is faulty.

I agree..... Check for dry solder joints on the back of the cluster.....
