Well if I said to you - I want to build a dragcar -

 

You would obviously say - Well Andy; you need a Ford Cosworth first - then just drop in a Z32 1000BHP engine, custom manifolds, custom intakes, custom everything - hook it up to a GTR drivetrain and use a Holinger sequential gearbox!!!

They got the figures the wrong way around so 9.28 is correct!
