Hi everyone! I`ve bought a 300zx from WRC sales for £7999. Couple of miles later (around 200) the engine failed. When I`ve told them about the problem they did not want to hear about it. They said that I have signed a disclaimer. Anyway, after 8 months and £7600 later my car is back on road.

Yes £7600 for an engine replacement and coz my broken engine was modified I had to swap the important bits to my other engine wich is on the car now.

I still can`t drive the car to it`s full performance coz the engine management isn`t set up. I have to go at dyno. Does anyone knows a good dyno around east London? Cheers

Faulty kph/mph convertor, dry solder joints on rear of clock cluster or speed sensor, there are plenty of threads on all these problems, just use the search button.

that will be for the rear fog light mate..by law it has to be iluminated switch..if you have no fog then check under the spare wheel for the wires as people take the lights off and just re-fit for MOT time for as you know j-spec came without rear fog lights:)

i've just bought one from there! did you not get the warranty? you can get them for selling a car under the ' not fit for purpose act' if the problem was underlaying?!?!

They told me that because my car was modified they cannot offer warranty.

And also they let me know that I`ve signed a disclaimer.... It`s been 8 months now... what can I do?
