zed cigarette light perm live?

is the fag lighter live when car is switched off? ie can one of those solar trickle chargers be connected through the ciggy lighter or does it have to be connected to the battery?

    No Its not, comes on with the acc when the key is turned, to the battery or there should be a perm live to the stereo for the memory
