Hi,

Ive ordered a new dash just like a stack dash and it comes with all the sensors.

What im not sure about is the Hall-effect speed sensor that comes with it.

Is that the same or compatible with the Manual gearbox?

Here is the link i went for the speed camera and data logger upgrade

Cheers

The Zed doesn't have a hall type speed sensor.

The stock sensor produces an AC voltage and it's actually not really a sensor but a

small electric generator.

or maybe you can use the signal of one of the rear ABS sensors...which are hall sensors.

Also, don't forget the Main engine ECU and HICAS/PS-ECU (and AT-ECU if your car has an auto transmission) will still need the original speed signal as generated by the standard speedometer (pulse signal)

If you don't provide the vss signal to these ECU's, you will run in all sorts of problems....
