Hi Guys, need to know what the offset of the UK standard alloys are.

I have searched, but can't come across a definate answer.

I assume the fronts are 7.5inch wide, offset??

Rears are 8.5inch wide, offset??

Cheers...

Soz but if your buying stock UK wheels why do you wanna know the offset for ? you'll know they are UK spec if the rears are wider and thats it.

I have 2 pair of bolt on 15mm spacers, just trying to figure if they will work with them and get an idea of the stance.

I have read conflicting answers, but I think the fronts are 7.5xET35 and rears are 8.5xET45

Anyone got a definate answer?

What do you mean? I can or can't use the bolt ons?

 yea ime just saying you can tell uk's by the ribs or you allready know that and ive just wasted 30 seconds of my life which is important being nearly 50 years of age:wack:

I had this problem, tried to SORT. I took wheels off my car and measure them up. The rears are definately 8.5" et 42. The fronts i could not guarantee. they measured up to be 7.5", but i was told they are 8", front offset et35.

i have ordered my wheels on this basis. not received them yet, proof will be in the pudding.

Regards

Kev

I'm interested in this - I've got UK stock wheels, the rears I think fit nicely interms of lining up with the body work, but the fronts look too recessed (yes I know it's because they're narrower). So I was wondering what size spacers I would need to make them line up nicely like the rears.

For you this one Phill82....I have fitted 15mm spacers and the fronts are still very recessed!

Looking at them (its very hard to guestimate), I think 25mm spacers are req'd to bring them in line, but they are very expensive to experiment with and get wrong...
