One cylinder, One pain in the asss

Always something goes wrong when you want to take advantage of the weather.

Ive got a spark but no fire in one of the cylinders (the most awkward one to get to). Injector is clicking away fine, coil pack is good, correct voltage at the plug. Is there away of checking that the fuel is being delivered or could it be something else?

Cheers, Tony

Removed the coil pack and spark plug, changed the coil pack with one I knew to be good, I then put the spark plug in the coil pack, ran a wire from the negative battery terminal back to the spark plug and turned the engine over. Good spark. For the injector all I could do was to listen using the screwdriver trick.

Take the spark plug out and then get the injector working get a light to shine down plug hole you should be able to see a mist of petrol and smell it too have you done a comp test ?

Not done a comp test yet, thinking I might though. Cheers for the advice, I'll try your suggestion first. Thanks.
