Looking at all the Extra stuff he has put on i reckon that it would all tot up to just over 4k and the Model (SWB.TT,Manual) is one of the Rarer models, and being rust free (Must be double Checked) then it will be an awesome car and could well be worth the money.

He is obviously trying to get back what he has spent on it, but arent we all when we sell. You could probably knock a few hundered quid off but will be really happy with it, if it is how it is in the Ad.

Very nice looker with some nice bits on. One to certainly consider for sure!

thanks for the help,

I have been reading about the problem areas regarding rust and will probably be the first place I look when viewing a car.

It seems clean examples don’t come up very often, I had thought of bringing one into the country myself, or through an agent.

Is there an agent you guys and girls prefer?

Agree, good clean tidy original cars don't come up very often at all. It's when they are worth their most and look their best. Not nasty bodykits, tacky stick on junk or garish paint. The owner of the car uses this forum and 300zx-club.com under the handle 'funkyboogaloo'.

going to have a little search, thanks. your Z looks gorgeous

Mate in all fairness one thats been in the uk a while is probably a better buy cost wise and all the problems would of been rectified also. Just look for a well kept, well serviced one. Jeff at zed world could point you in the right direction in purchasing a car. He did with me, his a good guy.

This kind of thing has never made sense to me. Its going to be sold to some one anyway. Anyway very nice Zed mate, like the wheels.

Thanks

I know this car very well through another well know 300zx website and we went to a few events at the same time. You can see it parked next to mine in my rides section.

It's a great car, I've been in it and can vouch for it. The wheels are worth a fortune and look stunning in the flesh. Infact most of the comonents that have been put onto this car are of a high standard.

As for the spec it is THE spec that everyone wants

Not sure why I'm bigging up his car as I don't want him to sell it!!!

Stay with us Mike!!!!

I'll pm you on the other side!

very nice example!

Just looking at the 300's for sale I can't believe how many nasty kitted ones are out there. Solid standard ones are getting quite rare now it would seem.

Just don't let Mikey Bean anywhere near it! :wack:

Gosh Si you must have a lot of enemies! I should look at that car mate, looks a good one.

  • 2 years later...

And now an update 2 years on:

The seller Mike in post 12 told me about this thread before I bought the car, all you people talking about it  does make very interesting reading looking back and in a way quite weird, I do read it from time to time.

Some familier members I now notice posting their opinions on the car I hadn't even bought yet.

For the record I purchased the car in mid Nov 2009 about a week after this thread  Still loving it very much to this day and it was a great buy with absolutely no regrets.

I have a Twin Turbo SWB slicktop coming here fore sale next week absoultely mint!!!!
