Regular for me too. But only with chocolate/cake or biscuits. Tea first thing in the morning on an empty stomach its own is rancid.

The stuff our work buy is the pineapple and lime ones and they're pretty horrible but GOOD green tea is great, very good for you too

I get my green tea, and gunpowder tea from the local chinese supermarket...

 

Both are meant to be good antioxidants

 

The missus is all about the earl grey and chocolate horlicks.

i dont mind the odd earl grey :D

I like Twinings as well - although I go for the decaff at work (too much caffeine gives me a racing heart:o). Taylors is also very good (see "Betty's" reference above:D)....

 

......I have recently discovered a blend grown in Cornwall. It's bloody expensive though!!! Especialy considering it doesn' have to be shipped over from India, China or Kenya......:x:
