Well i finally got round to doing my heater matrix yesterday,well i say i, wot i mean is my mate, i just passed the tools,so i think i did do my bit :D any way wot a job took us all day from 8 to 4.30,decided to do the option of not taking out the dash which i think was the right one to make.but let me tell you this it is a c--t of a job to do,you have to have hands like mr strech but the size of a child,and be able to work upside down for most of the day,but in the end its in and working fine :smash::dance: so wot i would say to anyone else who is going to attempt this GOOD LUCK and make sure you have someone with you who has a GOOD knowledge of mechanics.

Am just glad I done a 1 way repair if you can call it that when i stripped and broke the white car, yes its a nightmare but at least its done m8.

I can sympathise bud , done mine twice, bought the car with it bypassed so fitted a second hand one, the small bolt inbetween the pipes is a real P.I.T.A , it was never very hot and 4 years down the line it went again so fitted a new Primera one , only a couple of millimetres in size difference but at £70 much cheaper than a zed one .

Works brilliant now , actually have to turn the heat down it,s too much ! lol
