I dont post often on the forum anymore but I must say I was very moved by the video. He clearly was a respected and well liked soldier and a credit to those who knew him.

All the guys in that god forsaken place do a fantastic job and we should be proud of them all.

Do not stand at my grave and weep, i am not there,i do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow, i am the diamond glints on snow.

I am the sunlight on ripened grain, i am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning's hush, i am the swift uplifting rush.

The quiet birds in circled flight, i am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry, i am not there, I did not die.

Do noy stand at my grave and weep....

I am in Wooton Bassett most weeks, it seems that the repatrization of our fallen servicemen and women is becoming more frequent unfortunatly, again today the town came to a standstill at 1.30pm for yet another lost life.

My thoughts are with the families and friends of these very brave men and women R.I.P

Allan

too many young lives ending too soon.

R.I.P to all the young lads and girls who have fallen in that hell hole:(

Its getting worse out there these days so sad :( Its great to see such great support all over the country for the forces now really means alot when you are thousands of miles away and you get such positive support. All we need now is the government to match with their support.
