Who told you that? Registered Users are allowed to purchase items off Subscribed Members its just they cannot sell until they subscribe!

Yes he is quite right mate.

 

Registered Users are not permitted to Sell on here and therefore they do not have the priviledges to post in the For Sale section. However they can buy from the member. It means that you need to contact them via alternative methods, like an email if they have left there addy in the post. It has to be done that way as it is strictly against the rules for Registered Users to sell, therefore we do not allow them access to the section.
