In the post (yes, that's right - I've actually had some letters pop through my letterbox. Gosh, that takes me back.......:D) this morning I received a form P161 from another great institution; HM Revenue & Customs.

 

For anyone not into their tax forms, it's a "pension coding form." One fills it in if one is in receipt of their pension and is likely to have extra tax to pay on it.

 

It starts: "........Your tax code may need changing because you are nearing pension age and have started to/soon will receive a State pension or occupational pension................."

 

Eh??? I'm 39 years old - I've got ages to go:slap:

 

It even asks if I want the form in LARGE PRINT:rofl:
