Adjustable Head light beam

Hi Again,

 

I was poking around looking through the windows of some of the cars outside Jeff's at Zedworld and noticed that several of the cars had what appeared to be a headlight beam level control. Is this a retrofit item or a new fitting? Does anyone know if it is possible to retrofit it to a JDM '92 TT LWB or does anyone make a control unit that does the same thing? I am guessing I would need to change the headlights too.

 

Any help would be much appreciated

    If my 1996 300zx service PDF is any good, looks like they came with them on the S4's, (i think its a S4 book lol)

     

    Don't shoot me if im wrong about any of what I've just said, but it does clearly show some sort of headlight adjustment thingy-ma-bob
