Anybody got them, used them and any thoughts ?

Got the chance of a pair at a good price, just thought I would ask ?

Avoid the recommendations, just opinions on this brand please !

im running Nexen 3000s at the moment, not by choice but because they came with the alloys. i have to say i dont drive the car hard enough often enough to push them to their limit, but they do complement my suspension tuning very well. im in no rush to replace them

All the write ups say budget, obviously, quiet, good in the dry, ok in the wet and fairly long lasting. Need a pair of tyres on the rear of my Ram for the winter coming in, and can get a pair of Nexen directionals, 285/50/20 for £80 each.

nexens, im sure taxi drivers use these cause they last ages, i think i used them on a fiesta rs1800 once, not bad for a budet tyre

I had them on my Vectra GSi and tbh they were crap. The car was wheel hopping every time I hit the loud pedal. Definitely wouldn't use them on a zed.
