is it just the bit that covers the glove box or the whole thing that runs up the side of the gear box as well if so im interested but 80 sovs just for the glove box is a little steep if you dont mind me saying as you could buy a black hide that will do the whole car for that

It's just the leather lid!! It's not bad considering it cost's £150 plus vat from nissan!! And if you can get a whole hide for £80 then I'll buy some from you!! Because as far as I know fome having ZX's retrimed, it will cost somewhere in the region off £200 and more for a leather hide and that doesn't even include fitting!!! and a hide might not be enough to do seats doors etc etc !! But if your buying a whole leather hidefor £80 then I'll have some too......

a whole black leather hide will be in the region of £120 to £140 depending on grade.

any body with a bit of patience can do the cenre console knee panel and glove box, door cards and rear panels are a bit harder.

if you do not believe me have a look at my car in the rides. It cost me £100. That was for leather and glue! so there

but cant blame you for asking the price for original.

Can you give me the number to the place where you bought your leather hide!! I would like to buy a few!!

try conaly on the web. I used off cuts at £20 quid a skin and i used scotch 3m contact adhesive at £10 a can

A tip for cheap recovering of centre arm rest lids and other small areas of trim, is to buy an old leather (or suede) coat from a charity shop for a few quid, and cut it up to fit!

Copydex and an old coat..Works really well.

I can get full leather hides for about £20. Have to wait until either March or November, though when the Market is on, but they come in all colours and sizes. Pig Skin, too.
