March 24, 200223 yr No its auto. It's done 146K miles, and the rebuild was done at my local garage (where I have always had my cars repaired / seviced) last week. If you are concerned at the rebuild quality, I still have the old parts (fished them out of the bin when the gearbox stopped), the receipt, and I'm sure that the work is guarenteed.
March 24, 200223 yr My advice is to get that box fixed!!.......i posted a method on how to check the electronic system of the auto box....check it out..in the technical forum under your post... A shagged 300ZX aint worth big money, so to even come close to getting a fraction of wht you've spent out, i say fix it!!!.....Also the mileage may put people off....!!......you own one of the greatest perfomance cars ever built...A believe it or not they can be VERY reliable!!
March 24, 200223 yr SI B. I know what you are saying on both counts, but the fact is I'm pretty much basnkrupt now, and still need to get to work on monday! So the sad fact is I'm sitting here hoping to get away with only dropping a couple of grand in the last 3 weeks - this has got to be the deal of the centuray to one of these technical wizzards out there - hasn't it?
