I do believe we have an F reg (89) and a S reg (99) in the club. Not sure when either of them were first registered within the years though.

And before anyone says it, I know there is a post 2000 Z32 here (53 I think) but that doesn't count because it's a DVLA f**k up ;)

If my memory serves me correctly there is a 53 reg knocking about

Well craig davids is a 99 spec so his is pretty late. And i believe snoopy's is an F-Reg. So thats 2 possibilities. I think snoopy may of broken his zed tho

Am more interested in build date than registered date as this can be meaningless due to vagaries of time in showroom or DVLA cock-ups!

Well '89 and '99 were the first and last years of production, so we need the guys themselves to answer, and Craig David hasn't been on for a few months now.

And I don't think we have anymore 99 spec guys who come on here (or if they do, then they don't post)

any picks:)

Nothing to show off really. It's Black, it's stock, has a table spoiler on the back and is 2+2 TT with all black leather interior.

My only gripe with it is that Nissan decided that the Mk5 did not need a boost gauge despite being a turbo model. So I have no clue whether or not I'm getting the correct pressures.

last 300zx's were made until the year 2000 in japan not as many were sold as many felt the car was fat too dated for its time, however i do have one on order,so keep your eyes pealed...

To be pricise the last model ('99 spec) were infact all made between late '98 and mid '99, then sold throughout '99 and '00

ermmmm u must know more pal,,but i just sent some cash for a 2000 manufactured fairlady z version s and its registration date is 01/11/2000...

so you tell me....my chappies in japan are not only family but have been in the car game for over 23years in japan specialising in export of high performance as well as 4x4...

There's a difference between registered date and manufactured date. Last ones were manufactured in 1999.

we shall wait till she arrives and gets registered,d rej and papers will be sent soon so i will confirm all then, however she is an auto errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

thing i dont get its got an older spec turbo bumper??? but then at the price why complain...

a 2000 model when they stop making them in 99 but has a pre 99spec bumper on????, got any links to the add you bought it from

Documents aren't always correct. The only way to truly check what year it is is to go by VIN and other product numbers stamped on the interior plastics.

Could be an accident damaged one.

but surely you would fit a 99 spec if that was the case

No necessarily. How many TT Z32s have we seen come over from Japan with NA bumpers?

If the job was done on the cheap, then who knows, early bumper may have been fitted.

defo a 2000 model, have been told is made in 2000,,,will have to wait and see,not keen on it being a an auto though...it will be nice to see a newer plate on it,w or x...

I think it has been in a slight bump, but im not arsed,,ill run it round for abit and put her up...might just change the frot bumper to an aftermarket...we shall see...

Theres alot of fairlady's out there some are well nice...

Your source is incorrect. Nissan's own model stats only go as far as 1999 for manufacture dates for the Z32.
