from 14 in a couple of months, i can actually see my abs starting to progress lol, its much better then the keg i used to have lol

 

i feel much fitter, happier, and have started to get the house finished, i actually feel guilty having a beer tonite but i feel i have earned it with all my hard work, will just run a bit further tomorrow

have you ever been tested for foods that can make you ill, im gonna do it to see what i can and cant eat, you get it done at the chinese remedy centres

 

not going near them chinese friends mate...they want to turn you into hellraiser pin head or start feeding you wild asian antalopes testies blended into a drink kind of stuff:hurl:...thinks its easier to keep walking past the bread isle at asda mate;)
