Hi all,

On my 91 import, the speedo has been converted, but the turbo gauge is still in the Jap format (ie -7 to +7) and the now changed speedo face only goes up to 120 mph - I haven't gone that fast, but i assume that the needle would just eventually stop, even if i did go over the stated 120?

has this had some sort of converter? because at 90 - 100 the needle is nearly all the way over on the right (as 120 is top).

Really i want the needle to sit in its normal place when driving (you know - about 70 or 80 when pointing straight up) , does anybody have any ideas or advice, i want to either change it back to kph readout - or swap it out completely so that it reads in mph - but can i get a dial that goes up to the normal 150 or 160 or whatever a standard 300zx dial goes up to?

Please help a newbie who has totally fallen in love with his new car.:):D

standard speedo goes to 180, you can get some uk clocks or indiglow dials, or just the speedo face;

Uk clocks probably the best way to go
