Annoying Rattling/Chatter

Need help, when cold there is a rattle or more like chatter when driving at about 4000 rpm.

This doesn't happen when start and rev car when stationary when cold only when moving.

When warm runs very well with no noise.

I know it is related to oil but got no idea where.

Had car checked over recently, all plugs cleaned (injectors etc) new oil, filter, cam follower treatment in oil.

Car is NA manual.

Any ideas?
