have been excercising a lot lately and have cut the beer down to one night a week (although i consume a weeks worth in one go lol) and have changed my diet yet again, been excercising for about 2 months now and have lost a bit of weight, i feel much happier and have loads more energy

 

am loving this new lifestyle, gonna start on my bike next and start cycling further, the jogging is killing my legs lol, hopefully i can start and cycle to work and back soon

 

so its a woot woot from me lol

 

will be in a mood and drinking tomorrow if the bank says no lol:rofl::rofl:

Lost nearly two stone myself since March, now down to 15 stone 4lbs.

Can even fit into my 34" Wranglers !! Still got 48" tits though !

 

I cut out beer, fried foods and fizzy juice through the week. Still have me curry at the weekend and a few wee whiskys, but do feel a lot better for it.

Aint had the courage to start a Gym or owt, too busy at work at the moment, but maybe, one day ?

i used to love going to the gym, but itgot full of knobs wanting to stand about bragging about how hard they are and who they have clipped last weekend

Nice one Al, I've been trying to do more exercise etc and eat a little healthier as of late it's early days lol, but it does kind off give you a mental boost, especially now i'm in a routine with it

Lol, i think that's where i went wrong so many times i do so much for so long and see a noticeable difference but then for one silly reason or another would just stop :(

 

Determined to keep it up this time though :cool:

i try to cycle to work as much as i can.....can't jog much as my knees arent the best these days....

once i get my bike repaired i will be out on it every night, stoopid gears have stopped working and jumping all over but i cant seem to adjust it right lol

Good for you mate! I need to take some of your motivation as I know how much better you can feel when you're in peek condition. You can wake up in the morning, you feel more bouncy and energetic, you trim up. Just a nice feeling of well being.

i actually feel crap i the morn due to a bad neck, but im not feeling as bad as i usually do lol

 

p.s, no booze for me tonite, up early in morn for some pres ups, situps then fit me plastic ceiling in me bathroom and lay a few pipes

 

will be having a good drink tomorrow though wuwhoooo
