What to restore the dash with?

What products have people used to bring the dash back to former glory? I dont want a 'just painted' look

    Warm water with a small amount of detergent in it. ANY rubber/vynil car should be kept off of it. Shiney dashboards are revolting and remind me of taxis with Neal Armstrong mileage.

    Any cleaner with a matt finish - I agree with Si all the way on shiney dash boards;)

     

    Armour-All make oil of orange wipes with a matt finish; they clean well and leave pleasant effect afterwards.

     

    Autoglym interior shampoo is also good and will not leave that aweful shine you get on dodgy old Mondeos from back street car dealers......:p
