Legacy was one of the 3 cars I've considered as a replacement for my Leon. New Passat R-line, Mazda 6 Sport and Subaru Legacy.

 

Had no idea that there's a model due out immanently and how ****ing ugly it is compared to the neat design of the current model

 

Current model..... very nice.

 

 

 

New model! Looks like the revolting new Chrysler Sebring from the front and like a Hyundai Sonata from the back! Subaru have lost any 'styling' credibility they once had. The new Impreza is even worse than the old one and now this! :mac1:

 

Wheel arches are totally out of proportion and look like they've been cut out of an egg carton.

People have been saying that for years. I remember when the MK4 Escort was launched, everyone said that 'all cars look the same' these days.

Actaully yeh, and they've ruined it. I was looking at the old/current shape when I said German.

I really like the current shape. Shame it's going. Not huge amounts around, so it hasn't dated that much. Was launched in 2003.

The problem is, manufacturers are going for a "Family" of cars with the same design features. You can't make a 4X4 look like a sports car ala Porshe
