:bow:i saw him live a few months ago,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, amazing,,

Millions of people are going to use his numbers....if you're one of those and he gets jackpot....well done, you may have won yourself 50p! LOL

Um yes Si, he only showed the numbers as the draw was being made. He said it's taken him a year to get them so no chance of everyone winning anything

i got a theory on how he did this...friday will confirm it of course....i reckon the balls are coated with thermal material or are made from thermal stuff like the till reciepts/ old fax paper rolls....and a (frikkin) lazer beam mounted in the back wall burnt the figures on as they were being announced...well thats how i'd do it :D

What a gullible lot you people are. Magic ?? its on the TV for feck sake. Its a bit like digital photos, you can change them to show whatever you want. The proper word is 'illusionist'. It all an illusion, a fake, a slight of mind. Total crap loL.

oh for sure its not magic...is a stunt with very clever props organised by the man who is the very living devil :D...i was interested to see the balls were pure white and from getting the brief look the numbers didnt look hand drawn with a pen...more (computer?) generated so i thought....not sure the balls could have been all white and the TV people super-imposed the numbers on top with graphics as they were being turned round by hand and i would have expected a slight wobble with the black number text or some misalignment etc...its possible but far more technical than a cheap lazer etc...i'd been really stumped if the balls were in a bag all jumbled up and he just rolled them out...but on that stand they were dead level set evenly and precise distance...easy to focus a beam on i reckon

I did think that possibly or something on the stand that printed from underneath

Having seen the channel 4 intros with the floating 4s and motion tracking i think this is more than likely the way he did it

Dont like that guy, apparently he is engaged to cinderella but has been secretly dating the wicked witch of the west!!! has a thing for bad girls :p

what tosh

lol...If magic doesn't exist, how come Paul Daniels has been shagging Debbie Mcgee all these years. :D

I too have seen Derren live and he's carved himself a nice niche in the industry.

He realised that people no longer blindly believe in magic and are more interested in the science behind how it was done.

He freely admits that he has no psychic ability or any other such skill, but just leaves you stumped at how it was done.

A lot of his stuff is purely based on how the human brain works. We will all chose the same number/Object, given enough prompts to our subconscious mind.

I remember being at a company dinner where he was a guest speaker. he had a guitar propped up on the stage all night, and sure enough one of the "random words" someone wrote down that he predicted was Music.

Very Very clever man.

.

here's you answer bud :nana2:

Noticed on the playback that the balls were not all perfectly lined up, so laser/superimposed not possible, and split screen also out of the question as the camera was not fixed, it was constantly (and deliberatly) always moving a little.

split screen

But Like I just said, splitscreen not possible as the camera was constantly moving - up, down, left, right , literally constantly instead of on a fixed platform - A deliberate decision Im sure so that splitscreen can be disproved.

There, he gave you the answer right at the end, it was a trick, and a trick is not magic or mathematics, its an illusion, be it cameras or lazers!

Wanted : 23 friends to share lottery win.
