I assume fitting an FPR alone and bumping up the pressure will then cure your balance issues - job jobbed right Paul?? Or have I missed something?

Yep, I'm going for an FPR initially and hoping that will help the issue. I was going to go for one anyhow. I'm doing this before the injector as this will work out a little cheaper (maybe) and hopefully this will cure the problem. Unfortunately I don't have the space to do it myself so it's going to Mike at MJP to be done... I've got just about everything crossed at the moment that this works!

Custom made SS swirl pot.

Aeroquip fuel lines and fittings from pumps to fuel rail.

NISMO Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Autometer mechanical fuel pressure gauge.with

Custom made Nisstek gauge holder.

Just thought I'd follow up on this thread to let you guys know how I got on adding the VFPR... It's smoothed the idle out a bit but the balance test still failed... I'm gutted... I've got a 6 to 8 week wait to get the 555 injector of Dan as it's a special order from NISMO. Not sure if there could be anything else that's causing the test to fail now... It's compression is 168, swapped coil packs etc. all OK so it has to be the injector. If that doesn't work though I'll have to pull the engine... Anyone else got any Ideas?

I don't as Mr. F did the install... But I'll take some photoes of the install and them posted and I'll trace the hoses and draw them up as well... I do try and do stuff myself but I have no Garage so sometimes it's best left to others...
