VIN Uk spec ?

Hi,i'm french and i would like to buy a 300zx (my third 300zx) but a ukspec because the homologation is very easy in France when it's a ukspec.

 

Could you tell me how many characters (numbers and letters) for a VIN Ukspec ,i think that it's 17 and 12 characters for a japan spec ?

 

Could you confirm that ?
