anyone? really confused why the sensors are totally out to eachother. sometimes the one bank runs rich? could a leaking injector do this??

If it hardly moves on Conzult then it show a dead o2 sensor, if they are new is the connector on securely?

yes connector on fine and all cleaned up, what should an o2 sensor be reading? at idle or reving etc

I dont think the reading is so important as long as long as it fluctuates.

Agreed, as long as it's going each side of the 0.5v change point regularly. Is the right one plugged in correctly ? It is possible to get two identical plugs interchanged which gives odd results.

If you run out of ideas I have some working used o2 sensors, your welcome to swap it and see what that does to the reading.

thanks all for your replies, the plug for the left one is located on the side of the plenum coming out of the main loom is that correct?

SuffolkZX ill just check the plugs again tomorrow its p***ing it down at the minute and i might take you up on the offer mate.

I dont know, but could this be down to the throttle bodies not sealing correctly? one side having more air then the other, altering your mixture?

Regards

Kev

Just to check i would swap the wires under the hood left to right if you follow me just to show if the other sensor is good to start with.
