my uk 300zx tt manual will not start or fire,i have replaced ptu and cas,still no luck.i can smell fuel so fuel is getting through.does anybody have any advice?thanks

Verify that there is a spark at one of the plugs (or all). If there is, check the fuses near the brake servo to ensure the fuel pump etc is powered. I know you said you can smell fuel but maybe it was just a small amount left in the fuel rail.

 

You need to establish whether it's an electrical or fuel fault to gain more advice.

Also test the ECU temp sensor, had it mine that the sensor was telling the ECU that the engine was overheating and flooded the engine in an attempt to cool it...made starting up almost impossible. Also take a look at the pipe that connects to the bottom of the fuel pressure regulator..there is one underneath , out of sight so to say , so 3 pipes in total.

still no luck,one of my mates said somthing about a clutch switch that may have corroded?

what are the injector connectors like, gren or clean. mine failed on this.

 

are you getting spark?

Hmmmmm, everytime i've seen this its been the connectors on the ptu, get one of your mates to try and start the car while you wiggle both of the ptu connectors.
